Source for Those Little Plastic Earwire Safety Sleeves

Where can I obtain supply of those tiny safety sleeves that fit onto earring hooks at back of display cards to prevent them from sliding out? I see them used all the time on earring display cards.

Thank you for your advice.

French Earwire Sleeves / Earnuts

Nearly all jewelry suppliers carry these little plastic or rubber sleeves that slide onto the back of an earwire, although they don't all call them the same thing! :o)

Usually you can find them in their printed or online catalogs next to the earwires and other ear-findings.

Here are some major U.S. jewelry suppliers who carry them - and what they call them:

Rings & Things
french-wire keepers
rubber french-wire keepers
translucent nylon nuts

Fire Mountain
rubber earnuts
earwire safety nuts
plastic earnuts

Rio Grande
guards for french ear wires

Jewelry customers love these little plastic sleeves / earnuts, because so many of them have lost earrings while wearing them.

And because these little earwire guards are so inexpensive - usually only a penny or two each - they're a wonderful way to add to the perceived value of your jewelry, and to your customers' happiness with how well you take care of them!
