Purchasing from a supplier to start a catalog

I am looking to start my business offering catalog's, however I am purchasing from a supplier. I don't create my own pieces. How can I accomplish selling pieces through a catalog purchasing from a supplier? How can I reach out to the supplier to ensure inventory on items I choose to put in the catalog? Please help.

How can I accomplish selling pieces through a catalog purchasing from a supplier?
I think the best way to do this (and this) is just my suggestion. Is to make sure you have a sales person or consultant that will be aware of the products you order, and can tell you when new ones come out. Because you will need to have time to get them into your catalog (Spring, Summer etc.)

How can I reach out to the supplier to ensure inventory on items I choose to put in the catalog? Ask the company(ies) you plan to have in your catalog if they offer drop ship (to the customer without their address on the package) If the have C.O.D., if they can give you a running credit line. What is their return policy, What is their refund policy, Do they repair any jewelry that comes damaged or customer breaks.

Make sure you know the return policy on unsold inventory you buy. (If any can be returned)How soon? Ask customers what they like and pay attention to pieces that your customers buy often.
