Lead Jewelry Law - Selling and Shipping Jewelry Outside California

I have just been made aware of the Lead Content in Jewelry Law in California.

I am a very small internet jewelry site. Does anyone know if I am in California but ship outside California, must I still comply with the law? Also, has anyone sent anything for testing? If so, how do I find out where to send it?

Any help is much appreciated.
