Ideas for Jewelry Niche Markets

Jewelry niche markets give you the advantage of having less competition in a crowded jewelry field.
I started off making jewelry for children.
My one-of-a-kind custom children's bracelets gave me a jewelry niche market that led me into a show where I might not
be considered otherwise, because of the other jewelry artists.
One-of-a-kind belt buckles serve a less crowded jewelry niche market. Turquoise, serpentine, and kyanite buckle by Christina Parker.
I continued on into making wedding jewelry, and then using semi precious stones. To
complement, of course, there were earrings, bracelets, watches, bookmarks, tea
infusers, pendants, and even children's hair accessories!
When I started to think of what I hadn't yet done, I thought of belts!
Had I really been wearing the same belt for over 10 years?! It was the kind of belt
that was woven, so it didn't matter if my waistline had expanded or not.
I now have found the perfect solution for all those extra beads that never
find their way back into the bead box. No bead ever goes wasted.
The belt buckle! This is a perfect way to make one-of-a-kind creations for a niche jewelry market, and use
those beads up at the same time!
Coral, hematite, and other black and red beads make a lovely belt buckle that also uses up leftover supplies. By Christina Parker.
It's been a wonderful adventure, and continues to add to my one-of-a-kind
jewelry niches.
Perhaps the next adventure will be to use these extra beads in brooches!
I feel it's important to keep up with new products to educate the customer,
ie. argentium silver and the benefits of it, and this can help you
in your own jewelry niche markets.
