I think the biggest draw, for me as a jewelry customer shopping online, is the personal details that sellers put into the packaging of their items.
Any sort of business card, or ribbon, or little box that you can place the jewelry in is going to make a big impression on the buyer when they open their package.
Those are the web stores I've shopped at again, actually - the ones that provided cute packaging.
I've also shopped again at places that sent me 10%-off coupons with my order. It's that added incentive to shop again.
