Develop a Jewelry Line
from Customer Requests

We make jewelry mainly from gemstones, gold and silver.

We began to develop a jewelry line of custom (bespoke) heraldic and signet rings incorporating crests and embellishments provided by our customers.

We enjoy researching the relevant crests for different families and then working with our customers to create the ring that they dream of.

Recently we received a request to create some pieces of jewelry that could be worn by ladies to include the heraldic designs engraved into our ring designs.

This has led us to develop a series of brooches and pendants.

Sometimes a whole family will choose designs based on their favourite gemstones, all with the family crest included in the design.

We always try hard to really get to know our customers. We are passionate about what we do, so it's easy to share other people's enthusiasm for a project.

By working closely with our customers and encouraging a vibrant and informative dialogue, we were able to develop a new line that we may never have thought about on our own.

The moral of this story?

Always take extra time to converse with your customers. That way they can tell you what you should be creating for them.
