A Returns Policy Makes Me More Comfortable with Buying Online

I like to buy jewelry online, but only when there is a no-questions-asked-no-hassle return policy. I have to decide whether I (or the person I'm giving it to) like this piece of jewelry from just a photo, so I want to be able to return it if it turns out not to be quite what I wanted once I actually see and touch it.

Once I find someone whose jewelry I like and I have good experiences in buying from them, I usually keep buying from them for gift occasions, etc.
